 Balobar is the epitomy of “high society” in Diamond Lake. Now residing in what was sure to be a beautiful mansion at one time, now nothing more than a run down mansion well past it’s prime.

As the most powerful mine manager in Diamond Lake, he as seen as the most powerful man as well. He has run off several of the other mine managers, and is trying to run off the remaining ones to be able to control all of the mines. He is respected through out Diamond Lake, (or possibly better said, feared.) It is thought by many that he would like to be mayor himself.

Player Notes:

  • Balobar hasn’t made it much of a secret that he doesn’t like Lenod Neuff.
  • Balobar’s right hand man was found dead, we assume this was Balobar himself responsible.
  • We found shipping crates with Balobars mine mark on them, in the Ebon Triad hideout.
